A 75-year-old woman has been killed and multiple others injured in a three car crash at Bouldercombe.
Around 3:25pm yesterday, the woman was in her white Toyota Corolla hatchback on the Burnett Highway, looking to make a right turn into Richmond Drive.
A blue Ford utility crashed into the rear of the Toyota, causing the vehicle to cross into oncoming traffic where it was struck by a black Subaru in the opposite direction
The 75-year-old Bouldercombe woman, died at the scene while the occupants of the Subaru, including a 32-year-old woman, a 34-year-old man and a 2-year-old-boy, were transported to the Rockhampton Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The occupants of the Ford suffered minor injuries, and was also transported to Rockhampton Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
