Heartbreaking news from south of Gladstone where a three-year-old has died.
Police say around 7:30pm Wednesday a Mitsubishi ASX was travelling along Lowmead Road, Rosedale before leaving the roadway and crashing.
Despite efforts of bystanders and emergency services, the toddler was declared deceased at the scene.

The 38-year-old female driver of the vehicle was taken to Bundaberg Hospital with minor injuries.
An eight-month-old passenger was not injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash, and are appealing for information.
