A man has been hit by a car in Rockhampton leaving him in hospital.
The incident happened on the corner of Archer Street and Campbell Street around 6.45pm Monday.
Paramedics have taken the man in his 40s to Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition with an ankle injury.
