Construction will soon start on a new hydrogen information centre at Central Queensland University.
The University and State Government are joining forces to develop and operate the community information centre.
It will be built on the Gladstone Marina Campus and will coordinate hydrogen industry events and build awareness of a clean energy sector.

The region is already home to around half of Queensland’s 50-plus registered hydrogen projects.
It’s hoped to provide unique experiences to educate and connect members of the community with the hydrogen industry.
