GEOFF & CAROL HAWKINS (and ELROI!)
We are NDTF (National Dog Trainers Federation) Qualified Dog Trainers since 2011.
Since then, Carol has gone on to complete Certificates in Canine Myofunctional Therapy (massage), Pet Nutrition and Assistance Dog Training. She is also studying a Diploma in Canine Naturopathy.
We both trained under one of Australia’s top dog trainers, Steve Austin, with the inaugural NSW Fire & Rescue/SES Canine Urban Search & Rescue Team with our own dogs Shadow and Charli.
After successful careers as dog groomers and dog trainers in NSW, we moved to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in 2016 with our 5 dogs and continued as trainers branching into Assistance and Therapy dog training. Transitioning Bailey, the out of control lab, into a therapy dog to work with special needs kids at Maleny High School is one of our proudest achievements.
The beach was calling us back and we moved to Agnes Water on the beautiful Discovery Coast in January 2022.
